Taping Questions

I've completed te first stage of taping my Millcreek. The fillets went well... The initial placing of the tape went well... The application of the epoxy went... sort of well. Granted, there are a few runs of epoxy, so I'll have the fun of sanding (yipee!) My question: when it comes to "filling the weave," is it ok for the previous layer of epoxy to completely cure before applying the follow-up coats? Question #2: When the weave is then completely "filled," do we go with yet another coating with a bit of sanding?
