Hi,

My $0.02... I apply the first coat of epoxy using the typical brush/roller/squeegee methods and let cure. Sand. Then apply the following coats using a sponge (like the yellow stuff recommended by CLC) to hand wipe the goop on... Nothing like the human hand to feel unevenness, excess and skimpy epoxy.
