HVLP gun

any suggestions on type or brand of spray gun? is an HVLP needed? I have some other spray pots. I think I like the idea of sraying better than brushing. don't mind buying another toy either. also what's the deal on CFM's. was looking in harbor freight at sprayers, and they were listing 18 cfm at 40 psi and 13 at 90 psi. how can you move more cfm at lower pressure (or at least meet the requirement)? also, thought those were high figures anyway, but for a tool I'll probably use once a year, I could allow it. Anyone with pneumatic experience got two cents to put in?
