Judging by the thickness of the wood and the fact that the similar piece in the background (on the pile of Joubert plywood) has a curved edge, it's either a bulkhead for CLC's entry into the Volvo Ocean Races, or a set of counters for the showroom.
BTW, I passed a truck on I-95 the other day carrying a load of Joubert marine plywood. There was enough there to build a fleet of kayaks. For a few seconds I was tempted to trail behind him in the hopes that maybe something would fall off the truck, but I had to get to work.
