Gaps in Stitching
Posted by Norm Brunelle on Mar 19, 2007
Hello All! I'm in the process of stitching my Mill Creek. All of my measurements were checked, rechecked, and checked again, so... As I have stitched the bilge panels onto the bottom and I've noticed that at both the bow and stern there are noticeable gaps between each of the bilge panels and the bottom... It's as if the bottom is just a wee bit too short, or the bilge panels are just a wee bit too long. But as I said, I know all of the measurements are correct. How do I compensate for these spaces?
