Assuming you've completed the interior filleting and glassing at this point, moving the rear bulkhead would count as major surgery. If it's within a couple of inches of it's design position, I'd leave it alone, and allow enough of an overhang that you can clamp the coaming on. (1/2" should do it)

Moving the deck beam is much easier. Take out the screws and carefully saw through the glue joins. You're going to have to shorten it a bit any way to move it forwards.
