Cockpit Lining

On page 99 of the Assembly Manual for the C 17LT it gives instructions to kit builders,(not plans builders like myself), about choosing fiberglass cloth to line the cockpit. After making sure that this piece of cloth is big enough to come up under the bottom of the sheer clamps, we are told to "set it aside". Looking ahead in the manual, I have seen no further mention of when to install it. I assume that the cockpit liner is installed now and wetted out as one would wet out the hull cloth. Another question; do you run the cloth up the sides of the bulkheads that face the cockpit, or just cover the floor?
