Will there be "ShopCam" pics of the Eastport construction? Hope you can keep that epoxy warm enough!

About a half mile south on Lake Shore Drive from Navy Pier is the Art Institute. And across the street at 77 East Adams St is Russian Tea Time, and excellent restaurant. Give it a try if you have time.
