Hal,

I let the outside fillets cure completely. If you sand them nice and smooth after pulling your tape, and take your time smoothing the glass to the hull's (beautiful) shape, you don't need to have the glass "stick" to the fillets.

I applyed the wetout coat with a roller starting at the keel and rolled down to and over the fillets. Then ran parrallel to the fillets when wetting-out the bottom panels. If the glass wants to pull away from the fillet, just gently roll it back in with your roller.

Take your time and work carefully and you'll have no trouble, and wind up with a great looking bottom.

Nah, that's just wishfull thinking. But your yak'll look good!

Cheers,

Mac
