First, I see some hard

scraping that needs to be done. A sharp scraper will get rid of all those runs and also feather that long striaght line where I assume the glass ends. At least it looks to me like some strands standing proud up on the curve of the bow.
Then I'd put a piece of 100 grit on that ROS and sand it quite hard. As George says- you can see some little squares when you get to the glass.. But looks to me like you've a long way to go. Best spend some time now fairing or you're gonna have real troubles later.
