I'd always assumed that those early failures while learning to roll involved not getting one's head down into the water. But now I read:
"...98% success ratio. The times that I did not come up were due to ..."
Did he say "...I DID NOT COME UP...???". I think I will stick to sailing. True, that swinging wooden board thing at the bottom of the sail, with the ropes and pulleys on it, knocks me into the water every time I try to turn the boat. But at least I always come back up.
