Epoxy + CO2 + H2O = ?
Posted by Camper on Dec 20, 2006
Propane heater turns 100% of the propane into carbon dioxide and water if it's working well. (If not, then have a nice nap, and did your remember to sign and date your will?)
Amine blush is created by the reaction of hardener with which two chemicals? Exactly. Carbon dioxide and water.
I believe I've read somewhere that the risk of blush does indeed go up somewhat if you use a petroleum-fueled heater like propane heater, as would be expected. Not a major problem, especially with low-blush products, just thought I would mention it.
