Jay,
Perhaps the temperature is not high enough? I am building a CH14 for my daughter as a holiday gift in my basement where the current temp is 54 F. I have had a few problems like wetting out the glass as a result. Just a thought. I have gotten to the point where I stand back 3 feet and if I can't see it from there it passes the test...
