Howdy fellers,

I'm in the markdet for a random orbital sander. Can someone tell me what exactly "hook and loop" means as it refers to how the sand paper attaches? Is it a better set-up than the stick on kind? Also, does anyone have any preferences to brand and options, such as variable speed vs fixed speed?
