Should I build a CLC boat

Hi all...I am interested in building my first boat (Skerry sailboat), and need I am wondering if I should build a CLC boat?? I have some wood working skills and a mechanical back ground. If you have built a CLC would you do it again? Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!
