Scarf Joint Router Jig

Glenn....I've added a detail photo of my scarf joint jig on the link below. Hope you can read the dimensions. It's easy to make and it takes the guess work out of cutting the joints. I made mine to accommodate the 11" blanks called for on the Chesapeake 16 with 8:1 joints in the 4mm plywood. I also used it for the small deck joint at the bow. Perfect results every time.
