Thanks, Garth, good find. It confirms that bamboo is a usable material for a kayak. And those canoes are indeed beautiful.

It will be interesting to hear from some leading-edge home-builder if it can be adapted to home building. As an ad, the page obviously leaves one hungering for more detail.

But it seems pretty clear that bamboo could never be the basis of a technique like our CLC S&G approach, which allows novices to build beautiful high-performance boats.
