Jim E, that's right, you've got to still be kickin' at least a little bit. But it's not as harsh as it sounds... if you can hang in there just long enough to gasp out a "quick... the t-shirt" before expiring, and don't mess up by saying something stupid like "tell my wife/husband I love her/him", they'll generally drape it over your remains should you pass on before they can shake the folds out of it.

Charlie's referring to what's popularly known as "the Tree People." Even though they're hallucinations, and everyone pretty much knows it, you still must acknowledge their presence and be polite enough to interact a little. This is because you never know when one might actually be your Team Captain.
