Chris,So you have the deck on? How far to the ends did you make the sheer clamps go? The reason I ask is that if you cut the sheer clammps to the end you don't need more than a couple oz, if you cut them 4"-5" short as recommended in the instructions you'll need at least 6oz with the hull tilted deck down. If it's a medium cure epoxy you'll have to pour in 1oz at a time, wait till it cures/cools off then pour another oz. Wood flour is a fine thickener, cabosil will increase the heat/rate of cure.
