Lee, I made the mold from the original Dagger seat and then used the mold to create the new seat. The cotton did not allow the epoxy to flow as well as glass cloth, so I ended-up with a number of surface voids on the seat. I'll need to apply an epoxy fill-coat to the surface of the seat to fill them in (maybe a winter project). My butt doesn't detect the imperfections. ;)
