Re: water & bulkhead
Posted by Jim E on Aug 8, 2006
I have Nick Shade's book "The Srip-Built Sea Kayak". He advocates using foam bulheads to avoid creating hard spots on the hull. Brian seems to suggest that the water leaked in from the cockpit, in which case standing the boat on end might work, as well as show where the leak is. Failing that, make a small hole in the foam, and patch it later.
