and they all start with a 2'x2'x3" block of minicell.
My $.02 is to cut two blocks of minicell so that they can be glued together with contact cement to match the v of the hull with notches for the hip braces to lock the seat fore/aft. That way you're carving the top of the seat allowing a full 3" thickness on the sides.
