PERIMETER LINE

I'd like to install a perimeter line on my Ch16's. Couple of questions that I can't find on the shop tips....do I just run it through the same webbing loops that hold down the bungies and hatch straps?

Also...what do I attach it to at the bow and stern? I've seen some pictures where the perimeter line makes a cross at both ends...how would I do that?
