Yea, I did just that...two hours in the sun and it was hard. I waited a few more hours and sanded... slapped on a new coat and it hardened nicely overnight. My epoxy was at leat a few weeks cured...maybe I did not mix the varnish can properly? or it was the old penetrol I thinned with. I left it out on the second coat.
