Epoxy not curing

Ok it�s been 5 days now since I applied epoxy around the cockpit coaming. The first 2 days temp was in the mid 50�s so I built a tent around the area to increase the curing speed, for 24 hrs the temp was above 80 and there are drips, which are still gooey. While some of the areas have cured it leads me to believe I didn�t get a complete mix of the hardener and resin, not sure why but this is the situation. So what is the best coarse of action? Scrape as much of the gooey mess off and clean with vinegar or lacquer thinner? Then recoat with well mixed epoxy?
