Doug & Kurt,

Thanks for the pictures, they are som'thin I can understand.

I didn't put any glass cloth on the underside of the deck where the padeyes will go like recommended on one site I looked at so they won't be as strong as if there were. I guess I could go back and epoxy patches of cloth where the padeyes will go, but is that really necessary?

Kurt, the undersized-hole-and-bungie does sound simple. And you seal those holes with CA too?
