Sassafras canoe?

I saw this ad in the real estate section of my Sunday paper this past weekend. That prop sure looks like a CLC Sassafras canoe.

(On a totally unrelated note, it's good to see the Pride of Baltimore back in action on the Shop Cam. Last I had heard, she was in France getting her broken mast repaired.)
