Thanks to all those who responded to my post a couple of weeks ago. I was having trouble getting the Epifanes varnish on the hull in a manner that pleased me with the brush. I switched to rolling, foam brush tipping and am very happy with the hull now. I decided I would varnish all the hull (all coats), then the deck, so now Im on the deck and have a question?
To the people who roll and tip, have you found a good way of getting in and around all the bits on the deck (hatch strips and coaming). Do you brush the coaming and hatch strips first, then roll the main deck then tip out? Any hints please!!
