Yes, absolutely take the boat, are you kidding? Heck, I only started varnishing boats this past winter after getting tired of having to "refinish" the epoxy two or three times a year -- and my boat are "stored" on the ol' roof racks day in and day out since I paddle pretty much daily. Ain't no shade in Texas, either!

A week...? HAH! Nuthin' to it. So put in gear, and let us know how it went, willya?
