That will disappear completely when you apply the epoxy fillet in there.

By the way, that hard-to-get to fillet is actually easy to get to if you put the boat upside down on the horses and kneel on the floor with your head and shoulders in the cockpit. Sounds all kind of awkward but it's actually perfectly ergonomic---try it.
