Do I need Another Coat?

I was hoping I was ready to start varnishing my Mill Creek 13 but after the last sanding I've noticed several small areas where I can see the fiberglass grid. The surface feels quite smooth so I don't think I've broken into the glass. Do I need to add more epoxy or can I varnish over this?
