Glass Hull and Deck

I'm building a Ches. 18 and I was wondering if there is any downside in glassing the hull and deck over a couple of days, instead of doing the hull (glass) and then fitting the deck plywood and finishing it as outlined in the manual. Doing it together just fits my timelines better. Thanks for the help.
