parts not glued together

Whats the best material to use between stacked pieces of parts being epoxied, plastic tape, wax paper, other? Thanks. Hope to get some pictures posted soon, got all my parts cut and all the same size, now ready to stack and glue together and stitch me some canoes! Am going with plans, no stretching anything.
