Hatch cover hold-downs

A few years ago I saw a post with pictures of a boat that a very clean looking hatch-cover hold-down system. The builder routed slots into the deck, threaded webbing through make padeyes for the elastic. Does anyone have any links or picture of such a design?

I just can't follow the plans......
