Passagemaker sail rigging

I was just looking ahead to rigging my Passagemaker for sail and had this question: Instructions call for installation of a single jib halyard block at the mast head. If the instructions describe how to run the main halyard, I've missed it. I'm guessing the main halyard runs through the hole in the black plastic mast plug, yes?
