Thanks Joey, Where can you buy Penetrol? I don't believe I've ever seen it anywhere. Also, I am assuming "thinner" is just regular paint thinner.

Thanks for the help. I'm trying to get my arctic hawk varnished in time for the East Coast Canoe and Kayak Festival.
