I've used Honey teak, a similar product, i.e a two part urethane, on the exterior teak of my sailboat, and like it a lot. Of course, varnish doesn't stay as nicely on teak as on mahogany or similar, non-oily, woods, so especially with exterior teak you do get tired of having to replace it every year. On okoume, which is much more like mahogany, varnish will probably do just as well as the far more expensive urethanes.
