Eastport Pram?

Hello everyone, I am looking into the Eastport Pram as a potential buyer and I have a few questions. First, how difficult was the construction process and how long did it take? (This would be my first attempt at building a boat) Second, for anyone that has used this boat, how does it handle, what is your opinion on it, and any other useful information you might have.
