Makes a whole lot of sense, and I appreciate you sharing your experiences.

And how timely! I'm just about to glass my third kayak and the owner is big on rescues etc. (Obviously younger and braver than I).

I'm going with your ideas as they are $.02 American and worth a lot more up here.
