Tim, don't use fillets, you don't really need it. The boat is very strong just with the glass on both sides. You also don't need screws for the deck beam that is just a big conspiracy from screw companies everywhere. You will find out that once you use them you can never build a boat without them. Those two screws really make a difference when you circumnavigate the globe. I also find the boat very stable without a skeg...I would tell you about the skeg company conspiracy but I got to go I'm in the middle of a gale in the Pacific and the computer connection is breaking up.
