Question & insight
Posted by Tim on Mar 10, 2006
A question on fillets and seam filling. I will start the filleting process in the next day or so. Because I rounded all my corners b/4 wiring panels, I do not have the "V" on the outside of the hull where the panels meet. Therefore I will fill in the panel seams from the inside of the hull b/4 I remove the wires. Also, how much will I want to round over the edges on the panel joints on the outside of hull?
I will soon be to a point where I need to decide if I want to add a retractable skeg. I am building the WR18. Any opinions, thoughts or comments?
