Chine and keel round-over

Thanks for the responses on my deck beam query. One more quick question - When I rounded over the chines and the keel on my Ch16 I put a substantial radius - There was a wee-bit of the "V" from the panel joints to be filled but not much - it looks pretty.

My question is - How round could one go on the round-overs without hurting the strength of the joint or can I assume as long as you don't go through to the fillet on the inside I'm good.
