Epoxy problem?

I'm building the Artic Hawk. Last night I applied the final coat of epoxy to the interior of the hull. I couple of hours latter and now still today the epoxy looks like it seperated, kind of like orange peel or webbed out. It does seem like it is trying at this time. Does any one know what has happend and what I should do? I,m using MAS resing and slow hardener. My shop is in my basement. The temp is about 58 to 60 degrees. If the temp changed during this step it was in going down a very little if any. Thanks
