Looks interesting... have you tried this out? It looks like whoever came up with this tried straight bungees and abandoned them for this new system. I looked at the site you linked to, but alas I cannot read Danish.

Definitely would keep storage room space free and avoid interference from cargo, but I would think it might need a lower lip to catch the hooks.

Would the bungees be sufficiently strong as springs to keep the latches fastened?
