Laminated deckbeam radius

I followed the instruction booklet and laminated 5 strips of 4mm ply to a 15" radius form for my deckbeams for my 17LT. The final outer radius should have been 16" after springing back, but mine sprung back to 16 3/4". Is this variation too much, or can I just use it and have a slightly flatter deck? I'd just plane the shear clamps to a 16 3/4 radius and also make the bulkhead top curve and hatch to this larger radius. Any reason why this won't work? I don't want to have to make new laminations if it's not that critical. Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks.
