My favorite fillet ...

material. When I was restoring and building boats. I found that a mixture of brown micro ballons from (CLARKCRAFT)and Cab-o-sil mixed 50/50. Then mixed with epoxy resin to a peanut butter thickness is great for fillets. Smooths on nicely and won't sag. Easy to sand. Gives a nice mahogany color to your joints.

For seams, make a nice fillet of this filler, just before it starts to set. Lay your glass tape over it and gently press down onto the fillet(seam). It will adhere nicely, then go over the tape with epoxy resin to seal it up. Makes a fast, nice, smooth taped seam.
