i tried both induvidual presision sawing with a jig and multi layer sawing and planing the last cm. i think pieling them clamping them and sawing them is batse this way the sheets are identical this realy usefull for the bottom, as this two pieces should be perfect copys of each other. i would not use a sircular blade under any cirumstanses. this blades need a skiled handler if they are to be used for free sawing. also play is springy and increases the chances of a ricoshet. if you do use one make shure the spring one the cover works. for rough jig cutting take a good rough blade it cuts fast and you dont need tons of presicion when cuting one sheet go as fine as you can.
