you either need to change the pad, use less pressure, or you're trying to remove too much epoxy with too fine a grit.,,,then of course there's the possibility the epoxy isn't fully cured and you're warming up uncured epoxy and transfering it onto the disc and not into the dust catcher. Attaching a shop vac will make the discs last longer.
