Outside Storage

My boats (Ch 17 & 18) have always been stored suspended from my garage ceiling. I am in the middle of converting my garage into another bedroom and bathroom and as much as I don't want to, I need to store the boats outside. How do the "boat bags" work and would anybody recommend them? Once my garage is converted I will be building a detached garage and the boats will once again be protected from the elements. I am unable to build the garage first. I have thought about building a 20'x3'x4' temporary storage shed out of 2x2's and plywood.
