Amazing how timely some of the information on this forum is! I was going to glass the coaming on my CH 18 Sat. night. The scrap piece of plywood that i had used as a clamping pad had a small blob of hardened epoxy on the underside that left a perfect blob impression in my beatiful coaming. I tried this "steaming trick" with an iron and a wet paper towel. The dent in the coaming popped out like magic. A few quick swipes with 220 grit and it was back to perfect. Thanks guys ! ! !
